Established in 2006, Green Story promotes the name of Tokachi around the nation using food as a medium. It opened two Tokachiya restaurants in Ginza, Tokyo to act as centers of information. They serve dishes made of selected Hokkaido and Tokachi ingredients. Customers can also order to these ingredients to use at home. These ingredients are sold to other restaurants and used at events, too. In these ways, Green Story tells the stories of Tokachi, which produces these excellent ingredients, and of the enthusiastic producers living there. |
